Block-level Geocoding -- Georgia and North Carolina

We have updated the unregistered African-American map for North Carolina to pinpoint the residences of approximately 50,000 African-Americans who were removed from the registered voter list because they have not voted since the 1998 general election. See North Carolina for additional details.

We have completed a preliminary geocode of over 1.4 million registered Georgians as of 2003 (all races) who did not vote in the 2000 Presidential general election (some of whom were not registered at the time) See Georgia Map 18 (a statewide map with initial zoom to Thomasville, Ga.)
